"The Catalyst for Becoming an Interior Designer"
Ｐｕａｌ本身是念機械工程
是理工背景
然後在30歲之前呢
都還是在電子產業工作
剛好當時遇到金融海嘯
產業要外移到大陸
那就剛好面臨抉擇
當時有認識一個系統傢俱的老闆
那便決定轉行
Paul himself studied mechanical engineering,
coming from a technical background.
Before the age of 30, he had been working
in the electronics industry. Coincidentally,
during the financial crisis, when industries
were moving operations to mainland China,
Paul faced a pivotal decision. At that time,
he happened to know a boss in the system
furniture business, and he made the decision to change careers.

我覺得這一行有趣的地方
就是你會被動的接近業主的生活
必須了解他們的
生活細節也好 興趣也好
我們設計才更貼近他的生活
久而久之
我們就會慢慢接收到業主
給我們的一些在他生活上的品味也好
或者是一些興趣
那慢慢就內化成自己的
我覺得這是最大的收穫
I find the intriguing aspect of this profession lies in the
proactive approach to understanding the lives
of homeowners.
It involves delving into their life details,
whether it's their interests or
the intricacies of their daily routines.
The closer our designs align with their lives,
the more meaningful the outcome.
Over time, we gradually absorb the tastes and
interests that homeowners share with us,
integrating them into our own.
I believe this process is the most significant reward in this line of work.

Our company primarily focuses on light renovation projects,
emphasizing a minimalist style without
the use of excessive or elaborate materials.
Given this context, showcasing material
presentation and maintaining stylistic
integrity will be our strengths.
This means that the company excels in
incorporating a minimalist aesthetic,
skillfully selecting materials to enhance
the overall texture and style of the space,
ensuring a cohesive and consistent look for
each project within the framework of light renovations.
擁有天井的狹長型透天，
開放格局串聯客廳、
餐廳及廚房場域；
空間以鋁框玻璃門區隔，
除保留自然採光外
亦增加了使用彈性。
空間色彩以低飽和、
沉穩的色調為基底，
並應用不同材質搭配，
提升細節質感，形塑放鬆、
愜意的生活感。
A narrow and elongated detached house
with a courtyard features an open layout
that seamlessly connects the living room,
dining area, and kitchen.
The space is divided by
aluminum-framed glass doors,preserving natural
light and enhancing flexibility of use.
The color palette of the space is built
on low-saturation and steady tones,
with the incorporation of various materials
to elevate the quality of details,
creating a relaxed and cozy living atmosphere.
